Avast Business CloudCare (5.6) May 2020 Release has been scheduled for release on 27 May 2020 at 14:00 UTC. We are expecting the release to be completed within a 2 hour window with no downtime expected.



About this release

• CloudCare Agent version:
  - Windows - 4.20.72
  - Mac - 6.20 (no change)
• Cloud Backup Client version: 7.4.1 (no change)
• Antivirus Client version:
  - Windows - 20.2
  - Mac - 14.4 (no change)
• Console version 5.6.0

This release includes several feature enhancements and bug fixes. More information will be available in the Avast CloudCare Community. You must be logged into CloudCare to access the Community.

There is a new CloudCare Agent and Antivirus Client with this release. The Antivirus upgrade will occur automatically according to your Antivirus Policy settings and will require a restart. It is recommended to configure your Restart Options under CloudCare Agent Settings in Policy to handle restarts. The new Agent will not require a restart when it is updated, unless your device has not already upgraded to the latest Antivirus Client.
