A planned database upgrade for the Antivirus service will take place on Saturday, October 20, starting at 9:00 am GMT. The outage will last up to 5 hours. During the upgrade, partners will not have access to policy settings or be able to perform device installations and upgrades. Existing endpoints and all other services will not be affected.
