A new version of CloudCare is scheduled for release on Wed, Sep 5, 2018 at 01:30-03:30 UTC. Downtime is expected to last no longer than 15 minutes, and should not exceed 30 minutes. Services affected during that time frame are: • shopping cart • ability to add new customers All other services will remain operational. Note: This update introduces a new client. While a new client does not require a reboot, devices with a client older than 4.0.0 or AV versions older than 18.5 will require a reboot.
